Growing tissue-converting company located in the Northeastern Wisconsin is seeking for an experienced candidate to fill a senior management position. The highly motivated candidate must have a minimum of five years of management experience at an executive level. Possess leadership skills necessary to lead and develop new markets, company sales and company staff. In addition implement a continuous improvement program for operation. The candidate should be a strategic thinker who will provide direction to continue the companies growth in existing and new markets.
