Dream Rooms by Dream Kitchens, southern Wisconsin’s finest interior remodeling company, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overall in-house coordination of remodel projects.

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will support and work closely with the Remodel Manager and will be responsible for:
• Acquiring subcontractor bids and proposals
• Ordering and staging construction materials
• Writing construction change orders
• Recording project expenses and labor costs
• Coordinating labor schedule for field employees

Requirements:

Minimum of five years experience in residential construction

Excellent communication and computer skills.

The ability to understand construction documents and specifications is required.

Knowledge of CAD

Experience communicating with customers, design and sales team, field employees, and subcontractors are a plus.
