We are in need of a Production Artist with solid project management skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to maintain tight schedules and deadlines to join our Communication Services team. In this position, you are involved in the full creative process, from concept to production. Our creative staff is a part of a strategic marketing team responsible for contributing to the strategy behind the work, not just the work itself. The ideal candidate requires strong typographic and layout skills and the understanding of direct response marketing and variable data printing for both print and interactive projects. This position is located in Madison, WI.

Requirements
Associate degree or higher in graphic design arts
One to two years design work experience preferred
Must be fluent in MAC environment and have advanced knowledge of the following software programs: Adobe Creative Suite 3 (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, CSS, Flash, video editing and sound applications is a plus.

Responsibilities will include:
Designing direct to consumer direct mail, promotional materials, and sell sheets
e-communications and multi media communications
Pre-press and print production for digital and offset printing
