ITU, Inc. is a familiy-owned provider of industrial laundering services in the Midwest and eastern United States. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team of skilled professionals as Route Sales and Service Representatives at our Madison location. This position is responsible for the delivery of Genuine Service Excellence to our customers. Specific duties include route distribution, customer inventory management, and development of new accoutns and additional business with current customers.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Make assigned, on-time deliveries efficiently as instructed by management and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond quickly to customer problems, requests, complaints and utilize whatever resources are needed to solve the problem or meet the customer needs.
- Complete documentation as required.
- Perform sales activities as assigned by the company, cold calls, proposals, trials, etc. with new prospects and existing customers.
- Secure contract renewals as scheduled.
- Communicate professionally with customers in achieving price increases and billing for loss and damaged merchandise.
- Turn in leadshares for larger sales opportunities.


A High School Diploma and 3-4 years of driving, sales and customer service experience required.

Incumbent must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
