Our QA Supervisor reports to the QA Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day activities of our 5-person QA Department.

Some of the responsibilities of the position include: implement, monitor, revise QA and Lab procedures and programs; perform root cause analysis and document/design/implement effective corrective action; summarize raw data into meaningful information for others; design and conduct Quality-related training for plant personnel; manage QA Dept personnel scheduling and performance.

This position requires the following skills and experience:
• General understanding of production processes and quality monitoring.
• Ability to communicate requirements to production, maintenance, sanitation, and lab personnel.
• HACCP, GMP, and Quality System experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Leadership skills for scheduling, assigning work, and managing performance of QA Techs.
• Solid computer skills including ability to create/edit Excel spreadsheets, use Word and MS Outlook.
• Training presentation experience/skills.
• Lab testing experience preferred.
• SQF experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.
