Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin has many full and part time positions that support people with disabilities. In 2009, we are celebrating our 75th anniversary in the Southeast Wisconsin and we are not only committed to the community but also our staff. On September 1st Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin and the Waukesha Training Center announced a merger of the two agencies. This new stronger agency under the name Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin will offer services through the lifespan to over 10,000 people with disabilities. Our new agency also offers staff new opportunities for advancement and growth with programs ranging from Respite Care, Workforce Development, Case Management, Birth to Three Services and many more.
**This is a part time position, working 20 hours per week**

The Billing Accounting Specialist will serve as the liaison for billing related matters for the Birth To 3 and Autism programs. The Billing Accounting Specialist will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of therapy prior authorizations, therapist scheduling, direct billing of non insurance carrier payers and accurate monthly program reporting. In addition, this individual will ensure the accuracy of the client database.
Qualifications:
1. Associate business college degree or equivalent work experience required
2. Medical billing work experience preferred.
3. General accounting experience within Accounts Receivable is desired
4. Must pass a criminal background check
