Practice Summary
The clinic specializes in advanced gynecologic laparoscopic procedures for endometriosis, hysterectomy and uterine fibroids as well as specialized infertility surgery. The clinic is renowned with referrals nationally as well as internationally.

In addition, the clinic also specializes in advanced urologic and infertility treatment including in vitro fertilization.

The practice is mainly affiliated with the Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital System.

Job Summary
Responsibilities relate mainly to minimally invasive surgery and will include both clinic and hospital settings. Clinical responsibilities will range from conducting patient histories, consultations, physical exams and diagnostic tests to summarize the diagnosis and summarizing findings, providing patient teaching and administering treatment. Pre-operative history and physicals and patient phone calls also fall within the scope of the clinical responsibilities. Outside of the clinical setting, the physician assistant may be asked to assist with laparoscopic procedures as well as facilitate pre-operative and post-operative patient care and round on hospital patients.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have an education in assisting physicians. New graduates are welcome.
