RESTAT, LLC, a subsidiary of The F. Dohmen Company is a progressive and growth oriented Prescription Benefit Management Company located in West Bend, WI but will be moving to Good Hope Road and I45 in Milwaukee in November 2009!

We are currently seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team!

Under direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, this position will be responsible for evaluating and pricing options for current and new business opportunities including competitive analysis. The key objective is to support the growth of RESTAT revenues and profits.


Duties and responsibilities will include:

•Perform comprehensive data review and evaluate information necessary for appropriate pricing decisions
•Broad knowledge of and the ability to effectively evaluate the value of the company’s capabilities, services and competitive advantages with pricing analyses.
• Advise and provide guidance to management & sales team regarding underwriting rationale and supported anticipated results.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested



Our ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance or Accounting or related field; plus a minimum of five years of practical experience and/or equivalent experience. Insurance or PBM industry related experience a plus. Must have excellent organization and time management skills along with the ability to multi task. Strong attention to detail and skills in relational databases and reporting tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite a must.
