Position Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS - CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

¦ 2-3 years prior call center experience including cross selling.
¦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
¦ Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to multi task and solve problems in a fast paced environment.
¦ Handle all customer interactions in a professional manner.
¦ A passion for serving customers and a strong customer focused mindset.
¦ Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staff meetings most Wednesdays, start time varying between 7:30 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

¦ Interpret, research, respond to, and document all customer phone and email inquiries to achieve first contact resolution and complete customer satisfaction.
¦ Maintain a working knowledge of all systems, (Advantage, Windows, Outlook, Word), services (including website navigation), policies, and procedures to provide efficient and appropriate responses to all customer contacts.
¦ Maintain a thorough knowledge of magazines, products and promotions to identify and act on opportunities to service, inform and cross sell the customer using a soft sell approach.
