Position Description

  • To administer the Company’s payroll function in a timely and accuarate manner.
  • To accurately process employee 401k deferral transactions.
  • To produce and distribute customer invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To effectively address customer questions/issues related to billing.
  • To serve as primary backup for the accounting period end financial statement close process.
  • To administer all sales and use tax filings in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To record accounts receivable and related revenue transactions in the General ledger according to established policy.
  • To record payroll and benefits transactions in the General ledger in accordance with established policy.
  • To maintain accurate General Ledger  account reconciliations as directed by the Accounting Manager.

Experience Required
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting 
  • 2  years accounting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional manner
  • Experience with PC and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of  A/R software applications
  • Knowledge of  General Ledger application (GP Dynamics preferred)
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • CPA candidate desired
