Our Engineering group is expanding as we enhance our capacity to assemble more part numbers at our manufacturing plants. Due to this growth, we are looking for several Drafters. You will be teamed up with a product development engineer and provide Drafting/Design support for him/her. As part of this two person team, you will have opportunities to grow into handling an increased designer role.

What you need to bring to the Table
You will need an Associate Degree in Mechanical design and several years of experience. Our preference is for experience with assemblies containing small parts. You will need solid experience with 3D CAD – we use SolidWorks – it would be great if you have used it! We are looking for demonstrated success in working with engineers – providing them, outside component vendors, and others in the company with what is needed, when they need it. This means providing detail and layout drawings, bills of material, working with component suppliers to fine tune the design of the part, etc. We are on an aggressive product development cycle. This means you need effective communication skills, have a collaborative work style and an aggressive work ethic including rock solid attendance.
