Position Description

Our company is seeking a high-energy, go-getter to join our growing sales force. This sales representative will be responsible for providing consultation on our services and assisting our clients with uncovering their technical educational deficiencies. In addition to being a seasoned salesperson, candidates must be capable of functioning at a very high level independently, as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Acquiring new clients through cold calls, follow up, and relationship building.
• Generating a high number of sales opportunities, identifying prospective client needs, proposing value-added solutions based on the company’s product and services, and preparing and presenting proposals to prospects to secure business.
• Maintaining accurate customer contact records.
• Acting as a liaison between the customer and the company. Effectively communicating client expectations, scope, and timelines.
• Meeting forecasts and monthly sales goals. Monitoring the backlog of new business sold weekly and keeping management in the loop.
• Keeping apprised of industry trends, changes in the marketplace, and updates on competitive companies, etc.
• Must be results-oriented, tenacious, and assertive with a proven sales track record in sales and business development.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, strong organization and time management skills, a solution-based selling style, and the confidence and enthusiasm to actively sell technology-driven solutions.
• Must have a solid technical background, conversant with PC skills and software applications and have a willingness to adapt to the changing demands of emerging technologies.
