Facilities / Maintenance Specialist
Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks a Facilities / Maintenance Specialist for their Corporate Office in Waukegan, Illinois (south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin).
Corporate Office is moving to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (Kenosha County) - Spring, 2010.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM - with probable night / weekend hours

Perform routine building maintenance tasks and work on minor building painting and alteration projects

5 - 7 years industrial and office maintenance experience, with experience repairing plumbing, electrical & HVAC systems

Ability to troubleshoot & work with tight schedules

Prior experience with hand & power tools

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance

Must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 70 lbs. & climb ladders

High School or equivalent required
