Position Summary:

An industry leader in fenestration software is looking for an Accountant to join the team.
As the Accountant, your responsibilities will include strategizing with the executive team on financial analysis, business reporting, and forecasting. Report creation and analysis includes expense/P&L/revenue forecasting and variance/project costing to name a few. Other day to day job responsibilities include collection communications, vendor relations with our consulting firm and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable for our company. Experience managing company taxes is a plus, but not required. This position will manage the Accounting department, but will not have any direct reports.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent required

2-5 years of successful accounting and reporting work experience is required

CPA or CMA license or certification is preferred

Proven experience with managing an accounting department or consulting experience

Proven experience of being exceptionally reliable and accurate reporting and day to day accounting duties

Excellent organization and follow up skills

Professional and solid working experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is required

Other accounting software experience is preferred
