Position Description

Not-for-profit organization seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with future position transition to Director of Finance and Administration. CFO will provide financial direction and leadership including oversight of fiscal staff, annual budget and audit processes, financial reporting and accountability and internal controls. Experience with government accounting requirements a must. As Director of Finance and Administration the position will assume responsibility and oversight of human resources, IT and facilities. Demonstrated understanding of HR laws and requirements required.

Qualified candidates will be collaborative, have strong analytical and problem solving skills and will have a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Exceptional communication and influencing skills required. Bachelor’s in business administration or accounting and at least 5 years management experience required. MBA, MPA or CPA encouraged.
