Position Description
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Servicing Dental Providers by answering remittance, payment, claims, and eligibility questions.
• Reviewing and assisting with resolving claims adjustments, resubmits within 10 business day of receipt.
• Providing information regarding eligibility and benefits to Members.
• Contributing to team effort by timely identification of problems, participating in resolution of problems and always communicating effectively to health plans.
Other Job Responsibilities:
• Promoting the solicitation of electronic claims by educating Provider offices on the benefits of implementing this procedure.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed.
Specific Job requirements:
• Previous call center experience or similiar experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is desired
• Knowledge of general computer software. (Excel, MS Word, and Access a Plus)
