As a Analytical Support Technician, you will be responsible for the primary implementation and on-going support to the customer base. This will include calibrating analytical measuring instruments/equipment, providing end-user training and support, completing internal testing/written standard operating procedures and providing quarterly reports to customers to monitor usage and progress with the analytical equipment. This position will also participate in the internal development, testing and documentation of analytical equipment.
An applicant should have a laboratory science degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training using Near Infrared (NIR) equipment in a lab environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity of the food and dairy industry preferred.
