Position Description
Integrated Family Services is a subsidiary of St. Aemilian-Lakeside and is the agency provider of services to Region 3 of the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare.
Integrated Family Services currently has an opening for a Healthy Family Case Manager. Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field required. Bilingual in Spanish and English or Hmong/Laotian is preferred.
This position provides case management and crisis services to children and families within the family home, who have been referred due to child abuse, neglect, or maltreatment.
