We are a property managment firm in the Milwaukee Area with many years of property management experience! Currently we are looking for Part-Time Assistant Apartment Managers for our multi-family units. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get into property management. There are great perks including monthly rent discounts. This position requires you to work two weeks of evening shifts, two full weekends a month and cover for the Apartment Manager when they are not on site.

Qualified candidates will/must have:
- Live onsite (NO PETS)

We'd perfer someone who has:
- 1-2 years of facility maintenance experience (you must provide your own tools)
- 1-2 years of Assistant Apartment Management experience, however we are willing to train the right candidate
- 1-2 years of business to consumer sales experience
