Our client, a highly respected leader within the construction industry, is looking to add a Civil Construction Estimator to their team. A comprehensive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the hired candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing total installed cost estimates for the company’s civil projects
• Ensuring compliance with general and special conditions of bids (insurance requirements, minority quotas, compliance with applicable codes)
• Working on projects both in the private and public sector

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of five years of civil construction estimating experience on heavy industrial or highway construction projects
• Minimum of five years of experience working with local government agencies
• Experience with water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm water design, permitting and erosion control services preferred
