Position Description
We are looking for energetic, positive, can-do-attitude applicants who will communicate that energy and attitude into our training process.
This position will be responsible for the design, implementation and performance of APMs corporate training program to develop employee skills, enhance productivity and quality of work. The Corporate Trainer will ensure that a high quality service is provided to new and existing employees and to consistently review and upgrade training delivery procedures.
This position oversees both the clinical and administrative training process and its environment to ensure that training objectives are met, measured and evaluated. Performs needs assessment, systematic instructional design, and content development for learning initiatives.
Candidates should possess a proven track record in designing, deploying and managing training efforts to include training databases. As well as expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and training content development including e-based learning.
