Position Description
Our beautiful campus located at Wilson Commons in southeast Milwaukee is currently seeking full and part time Caregivers to work all shifts. We have the following staffing needs:
*Full time days 1st shift
*Part time days 1st shift and every other weekend
*Part time 3rd shift

As a Caregiver, you will:
*help provide direct care as outlined in the resident's care plan in accordance with company policy.
*have the ability to react and provide care in emergencies whether working with other staff or when working alone.
*be responsible for staying current with all resident needs and ensure that appropriate communication occurs with shift changes.
*provide care for residents including bathing, dressing, grooming hair, personal hygiene in addition to other ADL needs.
*respect the needs and privacy of our residents, helping them stay as active and independent as they possibly can.
Successful candidates will possess:
*an understanding of governmental rules and regulations
*patience and understanding to meet the emotional and physical needs of our residents
*the ability and desire to work as part of a care team
*excellent attendance records and flexibility in availability
*CNA and/or CBRF certifications are required; medical certifications are preferred.
This position requires at least 2 years of previous Caregiving experience, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for working with the senior population. A neat and clean appearance is mandatory.
