Temporary Flexible Assembly Positions

Overview
Progressive Image, a successful distributor of electronic/electrical parts and value added assembly services is seeking dynamic experienced candidates to fill temporary part and full electronic Assemblers with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for accurately building electronic assembly orders such as: wire harnesses, special component assemblies and intricate soldering. This position will work independently or at times with a group of other assemblers who are performing sub assemblies for the same job.

Required Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year assembly experience building basic to complex electrical assemblies such as wire harnesses and panel assemblies.
• Micro to standard soldering experience a plus.
• Knowledge and Understanding of electronics (i.e. basic components, resisters, and voltage and current).
• Math skills – adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing whole numbers.
• Basic measurement skills - converting inches to millimeters. Can read a ruler.
• Ability to recognize and differential color.
• Prior experience lifting 40 lbs.
• Strong detail oriented skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal
• Work independently
• Cooperates well with others
• Prior experience reading and interpreting prints or drawings a plus
• Computer skills – Adobe illustrator / Wago Script software and/or similar functioning software – preferred.

These positions are part-time and full-time positions temporary assemblers. No benefits.
