A professional position with a non-profit company that has been one of the premier youth serving agencies in the Milwaukee area for 30 years.

This multifaceted position involves managing, supervising, programming and teaching in state licensed school-age before and after school programs.

Applicants must demonstrate an adeptness and desire for teaching and leading children in a group setting.

Applicant must be an effective "Team Leader" supervising, training and mentoring a staff of 5-10 teachers.

Applicants should possess at least two years experience working with children in a group child care setting(preferably with School Age children) as well at least one year of supervisory experience.

College degree in preferred with a background in education and/or child development. Experience working in after school programs and summer day camps a plus. Professional people skills are a must.
