We are seeking a full time Development Administrator to provide administrative support, writing, and organizational support. The Development Administrator will serve as an essential part of the growing Development Team in the Advancement department. Responsibilities are detailed in the position description, available

Qualified candidates should possess at least three years of experience in administrative support roles, have strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multitask and exercise independent judgment. Candidates with strong relational skills and experience in organizational administration and fund development, campaigns, or development will be preferred. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. All applicants must be able to sign and annually affirm the InterVarsity’s doctrinal basis of faith.
This full time position is based in InterVarsity’s National Office, located in beautiful Madison, WI. Madison continues to be ranked as one of the best communities to live in the United States. The position includes InterVarsity’s full benefits package (medical, dental and vision, 403(b), etc).
