Employee owned, $30 million growing speciality manufacturing firm enjoying sustained growth is searching for a talented Controller who will be responsible for 3 manufacturing facilities. This key management position requires an individual who possess excellent hands-on leadership skills as well as the ability to work closely with the company President and other key members of the executive management staff. Previous experience working in a manufacturing operation managing cost, inventories, and business systems implementation are key components of this position. The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial performance reporting, measuring and controlling costs, budgeting, forecasting and asset management activities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred and a minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing accounting environment with at least 5 years in a leadership management capacity.
