Wisconsin Enrollment Services Center seeks individuals w/ call center experience in Milwaukee. Knowledge of BadgerCare Plus and Forward Health Program (i.e., Food Share and Family Planning Waiver) programs is desirable. Must possess excellent telephone customer service and PC skills. Requires HS Diploma/GED Certificate; Associate Degree preferred. Hmong or Spanish Bilingual language skills a plus. Salary mid 20k’s + excellent benefits (for FT).
