Position Description
QPS Companies has immediate openings in Sanitation for a food manufacturing company in Appleton. The Sanitor employee is responsible for sanitizing assigned equipment as assigned according to FDA and USDA regulations, quality specifications and company policies. Job responsibilities include:
-Clean all assigned equipment in the plant according to protocol.
-Assemble and disassemble assigned equipment in a safe manner.
-Clean both warehouse equipment and the entire warehouse area.
-Safely apply industrial foam cleaners and sanitizers.
-Communicate issues and concerns to Sanitation Supervisor.
-Follow and assist in developing SSOP.
-Follow proper GMP and safety guidelines.
Candidates must also have the ability to comprehend and communicate in basic English and interact with all levels of the organization and have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance, and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
1-3 MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FOOD MANUFACTURING REQUIRED!
Must be able to pass QPS screening process.
