The Bruce Company of WI, Inc. currently has a temporary position available in our Ponds department through the end of November that may lead to seasonal employment. Main responsibilities include but not limited to: excavating and shaping of ponds; installation of pond liners, filters, pumps, etc; and setting of rock and stone. Qualified candidates must possess the following: have the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.; be attentive to detail; take direction well; excellent customer service and communication skills; and a valid driver’s license in good standing. Availability for snow removal during the winter months is also required. Water feature construction experience preferred. Hours may vary during our regular season (July-Nov 40-45) and peak season (April-July 50-55). Saturday’s and out of town work may be required as workload dictates. Pay is based on experience.
