Position Description

Designer - web & graphics

This position can be based out of our Sheboygan or Milwaukee office.

This position is responsible for graphic design including: website design, creation of FLASH animation presentations, and collateral design.

Responsibilities:

  • Design page layouts and graphical elements for internet and intranet
  • Creates graphic images, photographs, and layouts to be used in collateral (electronic and print)
  • Recommends website navigational changes to enhance the presence of the website and encourage desired conversions
  • Create educational, sales and instructional FLASH® animation presentations
  • Assists with adding new web features onto our already existing platform
  • Maintains a consistent look and feel across websites and collateral

    • Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required and specialized training or an Associates Degree in Web Development.
  • Experience with developing websites in HTML, XHTML, and Active Server Pages (ASP)
  • Advanced FLASH animation skills
  • Experience working with Macromedia Dreamweaver
  • Image software experience (I.E. Adobe Creative Suite 3)
  • Excellent graphics/artistic/design skills
  • Basic Video Editing and production with streaming audio/video
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems a plus
  • XML skills
  • Abobe - FLASH, Fireworks, & Deamweaver
  • Adobe Creative Suite 3 - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat
  • Web page layout that includes basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • and ActionScript a plus
