Primary: Research all funding sources; Use search engines and databases to identify federal, state, corporate and foundation grant opportunities to meet School's operational and programmatic budget needs.
Secondary: Gather information to write letters of inquiry, full grant proposals and grant reports. Manage grant and report calendar. Work with School administration/staff to develop and write grant budget and narrative.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience as a successful grant writer; detail oriented; self directed; strong research skills; computer skills necessary; experience in high school education or non profit organization preferred; experience with electronic grant submission preferred.
