Hands on Supervisor needed for housekeeping/laundry/floorcare/security in a long-term healthcare facility. Must be able to monitor the completion of jobs in the different departments, scheduling, budgeting, a great eye for cleanliness/ assist in room changes/discipline staff as needed. Customer service is #1 and multitasking is a must! Team building with staff and public speaking in staff meeting with great communication skills. Apply only if you have supervised 15 or more staff! Preferably Long term healthcare supervision experience. Must be able work every other weekend and 3 holidays per year. This is a salaried position working 45 - 50 hours per week.
