Job Description:
The Community Outreach Specialist will be responsible for the daily communication and outreach with lenders and consumers seeking to take advantage of the many programs WLM, LLP offers in seeking meaningful resolution outside of litigation. Matters serviced involve residential and commercial real estate, the hospitality industry, small-to-large businesses, and remediation needs to name a few.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have a 4-year degree, or the equivalent professional experience, and a desire to assist lenders and families in need during these difficult economic times. Certification and training is provided for by our organization.

Job Criteria:
Compensation: $10.00/hour plus aggressive bonus plan
Start Date: Immediately
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent (30 hours or more per week)
Years of Experience Required: Entry-Level
Education Required: Bachelors or equivalent professional experience
Overnight Travel: None
Vacation Time: 2 weeks / year (after 1 year of successful employment)
