Position Description

Job Description:
The Case, Research, and Analysis Manager will be responsible for the daily communication and outreach with lenders and consumers seeking assistance during the entire case management process. In addition, this position oversees key communication between the Mediation and Loss Mitigation Divisions which are critical to ensuring the success of the organization overall. Finally, this position oversees staff overseeing Community Outreach.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have a 4-year degree, or the equivalent professional experience, and a desire to assist lenders and families in need during these difficult economic times. Certification and training is provided for by our organization.

Job Criteria:
Compensation: $12.00/hour plus aggressive bonus plan
Start Date: Immediately
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent (30 hours or more per week)

Overnight Travel: None
Vacation Time: 2 weeks / year (after 1 year of successful employment)
