Summary: Develop a custom relationship with customers in the Madison and Waterloo markets through excellence in customer service. Provide a steady supply of quality janitors to operations through recruitment and hiring.

Objective: Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing a cleaning team that works well with the customers’ culture and adheres to customers guidelines. Provide consistent leadership for your area and in our KAS Custom Cleaning culture and Green mission. 50% Management and 50% Hands on Cleaning while we develope the area.

Duties:
• Customer relationships and Customer Satisfaction: surveys, cci, customer visits, follow up.
• Hiring, releasing, continuous improvement and documentation for janitorial team.
• Initial interview and advertising.
• Stock warehouse for cleaning team and get laundry clean.
• Additional responcibilities to be determined based on needs.

Reports To: Business Manager

Paper work:

• Maintain Weekly Team Schedule and update w/in 2 days of request.
• Provide written report of customer communications to Operations Manager and Business Manager.
• Request repair and maintenance for our cleaning equipment to supplier.
• Order supplies & chemicals monthly to supplier.
• Report payroll to Business Manager.
• Request for special projects and track customer satisfaction.
• Memos where needed.
