| PRIMARY FUNCTION: Supports the assigned market in developing its TMS opportunities. Manage and advise a small group of Treasury Management Sales Bankers in specific geographical regions. Ensure team of Sales Managers and Sales Associates meet or exceed annual Treasury Management Sales goals. Direct expense control. Executes strategic plans designed to grow Treasury management business and promote team synergy. Assists in managing the markets treasury management portfolio. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree 5 - 6 years work experience in the Treasury Management or Commercial Banking environment 1 - 3 years supervisory experience Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation desired | |
