We are a rapidly growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing company that expects to continue to double or triple in size.

We are currently looking for Intern to join our team our healthcare team. This individual will have key responsibility for supporting the talent acquisition and recruitment marketing process process and will facilitate a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams within the service delivery arena.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting marketing coordination, including:
o Navigate through Web 2.0 to enhance the recruitment process for multiple clients
o Execute Search Engine Optimization
o Develop and manage candidate communication via Face book, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media
o Develop and manage web pages for recruitment purposes
o Maximize job postings
o Analyze data for planning purposes
o Advertising/Marketing Degree


• Processing temp to perm conversions
• Scheduling candidates for interviews which may include making travel arrangements, coordinating schedules with hiring managers, preparing candidate information packets and generating interview agendas
• Conducting telephone screens as part of the interview process
• Assisting with the background and reference check process
• Conducting post-offer background checks
• Supporting the recruitment function by mining resumes
• Using simple search strings and sourcing activities to generate leads

Other duties may include:

• Posting positions to major and niche job boards
• Assisting with on-boarding activities including reviewing and collecting essential paperwork.

The ideal candidate will:

• Enjoy a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to grow and learn

• Be available to work 20-40 hours per week in our Brookfield offices
• Be passionate about Human Resources and currently pursuing a degree in HR
• Be of Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing
• Possess strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Think creatively and take initiative
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Work independently and in teams
