Looking for an opportunity with a growing fortune 500 company? Our client is looking to add staff to there Compensation department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* The ideal candidate will have experience developing executive short and long-term incentive plans.
* Advanced computer software skills.
* Demonstrated successful project management and prioritization experience within complex organizations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective presentations to senior management and the Board as needed.
* Management, leadership and interpersonal skills to work with and motivate all levels of management and staff
* Assist Business Unit Human Resource Managers and Corporate Employee Relations Manager as required with governmental regulatory agency audits and issues.
* Oversee and assist with the training, development of Business Unit managers in the utilization of the company Compensation Program and its tools.
Education:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required; MBA preferred
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
Job Related Experience:
• Minimum 5 years progressive compensation experience including design and implementation
• 5 years experience in Job Evaluation and Market Analysis.
• 2-3 years advanced HRIS experience.
• 2-3 years systems report development and report analysis experience.
