Sunny Hill Health Care Center, a 68-bed skilled nursing center is currently seeking an individual to serve as a PRN nurse. Ideal candidate will be a RN or LPN with long-term care experience. This person will fill in on all shifts when needed to cover for staff vacations etc. Located on the West side of Madison, Sunny Hill Health Care Center is a remodeled farm house which has been in the community for over 60 years. Conveniently located off of the Beltline and Midvale Blvd/Verona Rd exit, we are in close proximity to the UW and VA hospitals. We receive referrals from all area hospitals as well as many area physicians. We work well with our therapists in order to help the residents recooperate in order to return to their prior living arrangements. We also work with other area agencies such as Hospice in order to meet all of the needs for our residents. Our interdisciplinary team works together to make Sunny Hill a great place to live and work.
