The Commercial Banker performs all phases of commercial banking, including the review and coordination of new and existing business development, loan origination, underwriting, processing, closing and servicing activities. Generally, Commercial Bankers handle more complex and larger credit relationships, i.e., greater than $250,000. The Commercial Banker develops new business and increases or retains existing business. In addition, he/she analyzes financial information and credit history of applicants and determines loan repayment capabilities and the appropriate credit structure with the assistance of the Commercial Credit Department. Also negotiates credit terms, such as interest rates and fees, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field plus five or more years of experience in commercial banking
-Strong knowledge of commercial loan, deposit and cash management products and services
-Strong analytical skills, including a basic knowledge of accounting concepts
-Ability to independently carry out job responsibilities efficiently and accurately
-Current and previous commercial banking experience within the Metro Milwaukee, Green Bay, Fox Valley, Racine and Kenosha markets
