Heartland Home Health Care servicing Green Bay and the Fox Valley has an exciting opportunity for an experienced PT to team with a local orthopedic and sports injury clinic.

In this Heartland role the PT will be the sole provider of physical therapy care for home care patients that are recovering from orthopedic or sports injury surgeries.

You will direct the plan of care, work on one with your clients in their homes, enjoy flexible scheduling and exceptional productivity standards.
