Position Description

Position Summary:
IHS, a unit of IMS Health - Managed Market Services, is a fast growing Business Solutions Provider located in downtown Milwaukee that provides data management, data warehousing, and outsourcing services to the Pharmaceutical Industry. We are looking for a Business Process Analyst that is a detailed oriented, thorough and precise worker who enjoys working with the customer.
The ideal candidate will be steady, methodical, cooperative, and insist that tasks are completed correctly. In addition to these traits, we are looking for someone with a high degree of competence in the use of Excel and Word. Experience in accounting or market data research would be beneficial.

Position Responsibilities:
Analyze contracts and other documents as required.
Perform quality assurance checks on data.
Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with the customer.
Run and review spreadsheets and graphs using internally developed software.
Calculate rebate invoices using internally developed software.
Perform reconciliation on rebate totals as needed.
Prepare a written report for manufacturer based on analysis.
Perform research on various companies and topics on the Internet.
Track job completion and manage deadlines.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Fluent with computer capabilities including word processing, spreadsheet and database entry.
Strong inter-personal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to appropriately handle confidential information.
Demonstrate an ability to interact as a team player.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Education:
Bachelor Degree in business, statistics, math, logic or related area or equivalent work experience. Experience with the following is preferred but not required: SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Pharmacy Technician and/or Managed Health Care
