Local Hospice Provider is looking for CNAs and LPNs to work either 8 or 12 hour shifts both in-home and in facilities providing end-of-life care for their clients. Current certification or licensure in the State of WI is required, as well as reliable transportation and an insured vehicle. Experience working in home care or hospice is a plus, but not necessary. Must have a satisfactory caregiver and criminal background check prior to an offer of employment.

Must be willing to travel throughout the Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Racine, Kenosha and Walworth County areas. Mileage reimbursement provided for clients who are located 30+ miles from our office in West Allis
