We are seeking an outstanding Temp to Hire Bilingual French Customer Service Technician to work for a growing customer on Madison's far east side.

Responsibilities include: taking 80-100 calls/day to trouble shoot and problem solve customers questions regarding their exercise equipment.

Candidates must have:

• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Willingness to learn mechanics of exercise equipment
• Must have at least 2 years of solid customer service experience in a call center environment
• MUST be bilingual in French as this position will be communicating with customers in Quebec, Canada.
