We have an excellent opportunity for a financial analyst with a solid Southeaster WI manufacturing company. This position will be responsible for all company financial management activities. You will work closely with the Division CFO, and other Financial Accounting and Analysis staff to develop and monitor financial outlooks, performance targets, and policies that significantly improve the profitability of the company. You will also Develop and implement the annual budgeting and monthly reporting and forecasting process along with creating variance reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis and present the results to the Chief Financial Officer and other members of senior management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands on experience in financial planning, modeling and analysis. This person will have a command of detailed analysis and the ability to consolidate data into the big picture. Previous experience in the analysis of a Service business is highly desirable. You must also have strong business acumen in the knowledge of accounting concepts as well as demonstrated solid strategic and analytical thinking skills.
