These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Veterans receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience.

Albany Park Community Center's Veteran's Workforce Development DepartmentThe Albany Park Community Center's Veterans Employment and Transition Services Department specializes in assisting veterans with employment and workforce development services. With four veterans on staff, the Albany Park Community Center's Veterans Program works to connect veterans with veteran-friendly employers, thus helping them to obtain sustainable employment while assisting with their transition from military to civilian life.

Allamakee County Veterans' Affairs

We take care of the indigent with necessities of life. Also furnish medical help by using a number of VA Hospitals and have a van service to transport veterans to The Iowa city VA medical center from five different counties.

CVI provides information, resources, leadership training, technical assistance, organizational development and volunteer services coordination to Veteran Service Organizations. CVI also provides identification of funding and grant opporunities, along with staffing and housing support. CVI promotes veterans' issues through program service design, planning and implementation.
