Dematic/KION is looking for an IT Solution developer and Administrator for our HR systems. We are looking for a strong Payroll and Time Management specialist responsible for solution design, configuration changes, and enhancements on HR Systems. As the HRIS Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on several projects and support HR systems including, Payroll, Benefits, Time management and related integrations.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What We Are Looking For:

  • Support, maintain and develop HR business applications and functionality, specifically within UKG Ultipro, UKG Dimensions related integrations including, but not limited to, Workday and SAP; aligning with business needs and KION IT data standards and governance

  • Participate in HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the definition, design, development, and delivery of HR solutions across UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and related integrations for Benefits and Payroll teams

  • Responsible for complete design, development and implementation of solutions which may include UKG technical support resources, or other third-party applications as required - in accordance with an agreed functional design from HR payroll and Benefits teams

  • Create and manage technical specifications/documentation and communicate with cross-functional development team to optimize design/development resources

  • Contribute as required- to our KION IT Global Business Transformation (BT) program relative to HR systems/applications for the NA region as it pertains to change control, integrations, and data management

  • Support audit events/requirements as needed related to your applications and data management therein as required

  • Support issue management and daily resolutions in our IT ticket systems in alignment with Service SLAs

  • Manage, coordinate, and support maintenance and upgrade events as required for HR applications across all environments - including back up as required

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field.

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Solution designer/developer for HR, Payroll, Benefits and Time Management related applications and integrations

  • Experience working in at least 1 Implementation project, including Payroll, Time Management and ERP Integration(s)

  • Experience with system integration methods and technologies, SFTP, API, CI for example

  • Experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Ultipro, SAP, Workday, integration, configuration, and support

  • Awareness of Workday, Tress, and ADP in areas of Payroll, Benefits, Tax management

  • Advanced knowledge related to data security and GDPR concerns

  • Must have proven ability to perform configuration or customization in Time Management and Payroll systems

  • Experience with Cognos reporting

  • Experience using Project Management tools (ex: JIRA, MS Project), Agile development methods, techniques, and preparing and presenting appropriate status reports

  • Understanding data modelling and related concepts

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities

  • Ability to introduce new tools, processes, and technologies- to contribute to the overall success of the team

  • Good functional knowledge on HR process, HCM concepts, Data Protection, Time Management, Payroll and ERP systems

  • Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
