Job Description
Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is partnering on a search for a highly skilled Master Planner with expertise in material and labor resource planning within a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capacity planning and possess strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and efficient allocation of labor.
- Conduct capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
