• Gather data and identify root causes to issues, working with different teams to provide analysis and recommendations.

• Create, summarize and evaluate weekly and monthly reporting to identify areas of improvement.

• Collaborate with department managers to offer feedback on recent actions for executive leadership.

• Review customer comments and provide a weekly report with items for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or mathematics.

• Relevant work / internship experience preferred.

• Experience in Excel, SQL, Power BI or other analytical tools a plus.

• Clear and concise communication skills.
