Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the founding chairman. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Foundation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive team
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, committee meetings, community meetings and other key events, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and attendee coordination
- Conduct research and compile information as needed to support executive decision-making and strategic planning
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Assist with special projects and initiatives such as Character Education, Servant Leadership, City Wide meetings and SWOT Meetings
- Basic accounting functions such as reconciliations, general ledger entries, payroll and budgets
- Participate in education round tables


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a non-profit or foundation environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Commitment to the mission and values of the Foundation
